As of today I still haven’t heard back from the support desk. I am going to try once more but if I don’t get a response I will no longer be able to promote this product.

It’s all well and good having a good product but if you don’t provide the support then it’s really not worth it.

This is a copy of my last comment, I forgot to check the followup notice box

I have used Affiliate Organizer since December of 2006 and think it is an excellent program.

Unfortunately I must make one complaint. Recently for some reason I could not access the program anymore. I can’t seem to find my backup copy of the installation file, so I contacted support – again and again and again, but have not received any help.

I am extremely disappointed and also in a bind because even though I have the files backed up, I can’t re-install the program.

If someone could send me a link or something so I could re-download the program that would help me out a lot.

I can send a copy of the email that I received after I purchased AO if proof is needed.
